From one of his lesser-known cycles, The Beauty Cycle, we have a piece about...legs. He is, has always been, and I am certain will always remain, a "leg man". I have watched him completely lose his train of thought when a leggy woman walks by, I have heard the tale of his once falling down an escalator (ouch!) the first time he saw his muse Psyche in a short skirt.
It is his Achille's heel, for those of you wishing to ensnare him...
from "The Beauty Cycle": Legs
long and elegant. slender. a dancer's legs singing
of sudden bursts of artistic impression, or,
some olympic goddess, set to capture the ardor
of every helpless mortal man caught dreaming.

Explaining the Tags
You will note, gentle reader, that all works under this blog now display "tags" to help classify and assign the works for your review and enjoyment.
These largely fall into 4 categories:
Year of writing, e.g. "1999"
Book published in, e.g. "from an unexpected quarter"
Inspiring muse, e.g. "Aubergine"
Genre, e.g. "erotica"
We are still in the process of cleaning up the tags, so please bear with us. Yes, some muses are classified under more than one tag, some poems appear in more than one book, or not yet in any volume, and some years are...hazy.
