Culled from his manuscript "She Shines". Yes, manuscript. The mother of all poets just wrote a book that makes "The Goldenheart cycles" look like a warm up exercise.

anything less


the light reflects and protect you from falling into the void
my arts employed
you are drawn closer to me
but only in a frame of reference too slow for my fantasy
to accept as anything less than the clock's mockery of hope.

This is a truly thought provoking image.

Forgive my ineloquent "whoa." My brain apparently can't do pictures and words at the same time!

Would love to see the clock's face.
Would love to see WFD's visual representation of this.
