One of the more interesting songs on the poet's first CD "The Last Romantic Verb", I personally love the horns and harmonica on it, but some dither about them. Listen for yourself at Radio City of Legends.
kisses for karma
kisses for karma
dreams of the damned
lost in the silence
as doorways are slammed
where is my goddess
what is my dream
where is the promise
that answers the theme
shall I seduce you
or am I too late
as you slide from my rescue
rejecting your fate
kisses for karma
dreams of the damned
lost in the silence
as doorways are slammed
I am forever
bound to your light
let this be more
than a memory of night
kisses for karma
dreams of the damned
lost in the silence
as doorways are slammed

Explaining the Tags
You will note, gentle reader, that all works under this blog now display "tags" to help classify and assign the works for your review and enjoyment.
These largely fall into 4 categories:
Year of writing, e.g. "1999"
Book published in, e.g. "from an unexpected quarter"
Inspiring muse, e.g. "Aubergine"
Genre, e.g. "erotica"
We are still in the process of cleaning up the tags, so please bear with us. Yes, some muses are classified under more than one tag, some poems appear in more than one book, or not yet in any volume, and some years are...hazy.
