I asked EJ to back off, tonights my last night for a while posting to this blog. Don't worry, EJ has very capable hands and impeccable taste.
ballistic trajectory
ballistic trajectory confirmed
the genesis and exodus has termed
as I am on fire in the higher planes
where truth is as constant as light.
miracles and magicks mix and flicker
as we catch the arc, stark victors
against an abomination that stains
our very hearts, black as a forgotten night.
watch me burn, watch me turn
water to wine in the divine
no fear of fire, let me inspire
the dead to rise to your surprise
ballistic trajectory confirmed
the genesis and exodus has termed
as I am on fire in the higher planes
where love is as constant as light.
kisses and candor mix and flicker
as we are the arc, stark victors
against the inevitable saline rains
of merging hearts, bright as a remembered night.

Explaining the Tags
You will note, gentle reader, that all works under this blog now display "tags" to help classify and assign the works for your review and enjoyment.
These largely fall into 4 categories:
Year of writing, e.g. "1999"
Book published in, e.g. "from an unexpected quarter"
Inspiring muse, e.g. "Aubergine"
Genre, e.g. "erotica"
We are still in the process of cleaning up the tags, so please bear with us. Yes, some muses are classified under more than one tag, some poems appear in more than one book, or not yet in any volume, and some years are...hazy.
