thinking about forever

And yet another of the Fields of Arbol word pictures, inspiration drawn from random meandering through art and photography source sites that are helping me with my refit of my websites. This one if by the stunningly lovely and talented Christina Banderas, and it is called

thinking about forever

even beautiful women stop and think
about things that there are no easy answers for.
riddles in the rationale of life.
the what-if questions that stumped Socrates.
we are all aware of ourselves to some degree
and the mere fact that a woman is lovely enough
to make us stop and give that furtive look
as though our eyes are cameras and we want
one last shot for the wall in our bedroom
of something that reminds us that God gets it right,

    Explaining the Tags

You will note, gentle reader, that all works under this blog now display "tags" to help classify and assign the works for your review and enjoyment.

These largely fall into 4 categories:

    Year of writing, e.g. "1999"
Book published in, e.g. "from an unexpected quarter"
    Inspiring muse, e.g. "Aubergine"
    Genre, e.g. "erotica"

We are still in the process of cleaning up the tags, so please bear with us. Yes, some muses are classified under more than one tag, some poems appear in more than one book, or not yet in any volume, and some years are...hazy.
